London Liverpool Street has a lift linking street level, mezzanine and concourse. If step-free movement matters, check your route with your rail operator and tell our office about the help you need with the car journey.
Tell us your rail service and the time you want to arrive at Liverpool Street, allowing for the walk to your departure area. Your station arrival target is separate from the train departure time. For onward Underground connections, the station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines.
A pre-booked car collects you from your agreed KT2 address and takes you to London Liverpool Street, so you do not first need to reach a local station with your bags. You will still need to make your way through Liverpool Street to your onward service.
Norbiton station on Coombe Road West is a local rail starting point if you are comparing public transport. How convenient it is depends on where in KT2 you start.

A return from Liverpool Street to KT2 can be arranged separately. Give our office your arriving train operator, service and origin, arrival date and time, and a mobile number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point and exit with you; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the return.

We quote for your particular journey, including its timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the quote reflects your plans.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs for the car journey too. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost is agreed with you.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
