London Bridge has approaches on Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach. They are not interchangeable: tell the office which side suits your onward journey and agree the drop-off rather than relying on the station name alone.
The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level. Give the office your train departure details and the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the walk to your platform.
YOUR KT2 PICKUP
Norbiton station on Coombe Road West, KT2 7AZ, is a local rail starting point. With a pre-booked KB Cars journey, you can arrange pickup from your KT2 address instead of first travelling to the station with your bags.
Pickup needs and the journey to Norbiton differ from one KT2 address to another. If you need an extra stop on the way to London Bridge, discuss it with the office when you request your quote.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to discuss if you have extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered; for seven or more passengers, enquire with the office. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
Share the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable arrangement.
PLAN THE RETURN
Arrange your return separately: tell the office your arriving train's origin and service, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a reachable contact number. Agree the exit and car meeting point with the office; it need not be the same as your outward drop-off.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangements with the office. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, along with your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival target. Include any extra stop or return you need.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
