BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Plan your station arrival around your departure and the help you may need.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Network Rail identifies the APCOA car park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and a separate rank approach; waiting is not permitted at the drop-off.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12. If you need railway assistance, arrange it with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your mobility needs.
PLAN YOUR CONNECTION
A pickup from your KT2 address takes you to Paddington without first travelling to a local station. Norbiton station on Coombe Road West is a local rail starting point if you prefer to make your own connection.
Give the office your train operator and departure details, together with the time you want to arrive at Paddington. Your station-arrival target should allow for the walk to your departure area and any assistance you need; it is not the same as your train's departure time. Heathrow Express and the Elizabeth line connect Paddington with Heathrow.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the party. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Give us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
RETURN TO KT2
For a return from London Paddington to KT2, send the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a mobile contact number. The office will agree a lawful meeting point with you separately; the outward booking does not establish a return pickup point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised arrangements with the office.
GOOD TO KNOW
The essentials for your car and onward rail journey.
Your quote reflects the exact journey and the vehicle and extras you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs as well, so the car journey can be planned appropriately. For an additional escort inside the station, ask the office to assess what you need and agree any cost separately.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Ask the office in advance so suitable help can be coordinated. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel while seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
