YOUR COACH CONNECTION
Plan your car arrival around the coach operator’s requested arrival time, not just the departure time.
Victoria Coach Station, 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Departures and Arrivals have separate terminals. After your car drops you off, check the Departures monitors for your gate.
Follow your coach company’s instructions for the arrival target and UK or international check-in. Contact the operator for timetable enquiries. Allow for getting from the car to the departure facilities, and arrange any station assistance with the operator.
A pre-booked pickup from your address means you do not first have to get yourself and your luggage to a rail station. Norbiton station is on Coombe Road West, Norbiton, KT2 7AZ, if you are considering a rail alternative; getting there from home is an additional part of that journey.
A car to Victoria Coach Station does not remove the walk inside the station to the departure facilities. Tell our office if walking or access is a concern so we can discuss the car arrangements.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; the office can help choose for the whole party and its load, not just the seats.
Give us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer travelling with you needs a seat too.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to KT2, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm any accepted revised arrangement and cost; waiting may also affect the cost.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few practical answers for your car-to-coach journey.
Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, together with your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
Station assistance is arranged separately with your coach operator; booking the car does not arrange it. The Mobility Lounge is by Gate 0 in Departures, and luggage porters are available separately from the KB booking.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
