YOUR WATERLOO ARRIVAL

Plan your station arrival

Allow for the walk from your drop-off to your departure area, and tell us when you want to arrive at Waterloo—not just when your train leaves.

Choose a step-free route

Waterloo’s main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are listed as step-free routes. Exit 2 also has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line.

Plan your onward train

Give the office your train operator and service, departure time and separately your requested Waterloo arrival target. If you need Passenger Assistance, arrange it with your train operator; the meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.

FROM YOUR KT2 ADDRESS

Home pickup or getting to Norbiton

Norbiton station is on Coombe Road West, Norbiton, KT2 7AZ. If you are considering starting your journey there, allow for getting from your own address to the station with your luggage.

A KB Cars pickup starts at your KT2 address instead, taking you to Waterloo without first travelling to Norbiton. You will still need to make your way from the Waterloo drop-off to your onward departure area.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may be useful for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, and you can enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.

Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the vehicle to the whole party and its combined load.

COMING BACK TO KT2

Book a separate return from Waterloo

For a return to KT2, give the office your arriving service, its origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to agree and confirm any revised collection arrangements and charges.

GOOD TO KNOW

KT2 to Waterloo: booking questions

The essentials for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, along with any extra stop or vehicle preference.

Include your train service and requested Waterloo arrival time. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs, any folding wheelchair and whether a carer is travelling with you. A travelling carer needs a passenger seat.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
