BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your car's arrival and your train departure, including time to reach the departure area.
Paddington's APCOA car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; station drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted. Give the office your train service and your requested station-arrival time, which is earlier than your train's departure.
Paddington has a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your mobility needs when arranging the car.
KT20 includes Tadworth and Kingswood, which have separate stations. A home pickup avoids the need to reach a local station first with your luggage. You will still need to reach your departure area inside Paddington.
Tadworth station is on Cross Road; Kingswood station is at Station Yard, Waterhouse Lane. Both are classified as step-free category B2. Check the applicable platform directions and current assistance information for the station you plan to use.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for a group. We can discuss larger vehicles with you.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, and about pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the vehicle can be chosen for the whole party and its luggage.
A return from London Paddington to KT20 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible meeting point with you; it is not a fixed platform or bay.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree and confirm any revised arrangements. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
No. Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
