Tell the office when you want to reach the station, allowing time to find your departure area. This arrival target is different from your train departure time. Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines.
A pickup from your door
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in Tadworth or Kingswood, so you do not first need to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside London Victoria to your train or Underground connection.
Tadworth and Kingswood are separate local rail starting points. If you are comparing the train with a car, consider the journey from your own address to the station as well as your onward connection.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, consider passenger numbers and bags together rather than seats alone.

Returning from London Victoria
Arrange a separate return from London Victoria to KT20 with the office. Give your train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a reachable mobile number. The office will agree a suitable meeting point with you; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and obtain confirmation that the revised arrangements have been accepted. Waiting or accepted changes may affect the cost.

What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and meeting-point needs when planning the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
