London Euston is on Euston Road, London NW1 2RT. Network Rail lists set-down points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Tell us about your train and any mobility needs so the office can discuss a suitable approach and current access.
Give us your train operator, departure and preferred station-arrival time. Euston’s assistance information names Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper; arrange any railway assistance with your operator separately.
FROM YOUR DOOR
Ashtead station is on Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, KT21 2DR. If you travel by rail from there, you first need to reach the station from home and plan your onward connection to Euston.
A pre-booked car collects you at your KT21 address and takes you to London Euston, avoiding that first station journey and interchange. You will still need to make your way inside Euston to your onward train.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven or more passengers.
Tell us the size and number of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the vehicle to the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
COMING HOME
For a London Euston to KT21 collection, give the office your arriving train’s operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point with you separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including its addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and preferred station-arrival time. Include any extra stops or vehicle requests.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance at Euston separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, so we can discuss a suitable car and meeting arrangements.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we will discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
