KT21 to London Bridge station transfers

Pre-book private hire from Ashtead and across KT21 to London Bridge. Get a quote based on your journey, vehicle and agreed extras, and plan your station arrival with our 24-hour office.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your arrival at London Bridge

Agree a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach the right departure area.

Agree the station side

Confirm the street side for your car drop-off with the office. London Bridge's published address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; the street-level concourse connects to the platforms above.

Plan station access

Tell the office about mobility or luggage needs when arranging your car. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.

From your KT21 address to the station

A pre-booked car collects you from your chosen KT21 address and takes you to London Bridge, avoiding the need to travel first to Ashtead station with your bags. Ashtead station is on Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, KT21 2DR, if you are comparing a rail journey from there.

At London Bridge, allow time after the car drop-off to reach your onward departure area. Tell the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station, so the pickup can be planned around both.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose space for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven or more passengers.

Share the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.

Arrange your return to KT21

For a separate return from London Bridge to KT21, give the office your arriving train operator and service, service origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off side is not automatically the return meeting point.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The practical details for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage details. Include your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway assistance with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and luggage needs so we can plan the car journey too.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
