From Ashtead to your onward train
Ashtead station is on Woodfield Lane. A pre-booked pickup from your KT21 address takes you to Paddington without first making your way to Ashtead station or carrying your luggage between services.
If you are travelling onwards to Heathrow, Paddington has Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line connections. Allow time to reach the appropriate departure area and arrange your onward ticket separately.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to consider for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or other bulky item. We will consider the whole party and its luggage together when arranging a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Returning from London Paddington to KT21
Arrange your return collection separately with the office. Give us your arriving train operator and service, where it is coming from, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a car meeting point with you.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm whether it can accept revised collection arrangements and any change in charge.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it for you. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
