BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Arrange your pickup around the time you need to be at the coach station, not just your departure time.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. It has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals: for an outward coach, go to Departures and use the monitors to find your gate.
Give the office the station-arrival or check-in time requested by your coach operator when arranging your pickup. UK and international arrangements can differ; ask your operator about the timetable and check-in requirements.
YOUR KT21 PICKUP
A pre-booked KB Cars journey starts at your chosen KT21 address, so you do not need to make a separate journey to Ashtead rail station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside the coach station to the departure gate.
Ashtead station is on Woodfield Lane if you are considering a rail journey instead. Allow for getting there from home as well as reaching the coach station from the rail station.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases, cabin bags and any larger items. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
RETURN ARRANGEMENTS
For collection from Victoria Coach Station back to KT21, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a suitable meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Agree any revised charge with the office; a requested change is not in place until the office accepts it and confirms the revised arrangement.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the pickup address, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time; mention any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters, whose help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
