BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your car arrival and train departure for your route through the station.
Waterloo has step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free. Set your requested station-arrival time before your train departs, allowing for the walk to your departure area and any assistance you need.
Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12; arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR KT21 STARTING POINT
Ashtead station is on Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, KT21 2DR. If travelling by rail from there, you first need to reach the station from your own address and carry your luggage through the stations.
A pre-booked KB Cars journey starts at your specified KT21 pickup address and takes you to Waterloo. Allow for the station walk to your onward departure area after you arrive.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to discuss for extra luggage. Six-passenger vehicles are offered, and you can enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles, executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a separate return from London Waterloo to KT21, give the office your arriving train operator and service, service origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office; it is separate from the railway assistance point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888. The booker or designated authorised contact should request any material change. The office can discuss the revised arrangement and any change to the charge; make sure the change is accepted and confirmed.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when booking the car.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travelling as luggage is not the same as travelling seated in it.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
