A home pickup in Leatherhead or Oxshott takes you directly to Euston without first travelling to a local station. You will still need to make your way from the drop-off point to the railway departure area.

National Rail classifies Leatherhead as step-free category A and Oxshott as category B2; check the details for your direction of travel and any assistance you need.

For a return from London Euston to KT22, give the office your contact number, arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and expected arrival time. We will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Arrange railway assistance at Euston separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility or walking needs so we can discuss the car journey and a suitable meeting point.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free and can be arranged in advance. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
