If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office must accept and confirm the revised arrangements; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your actual journey, vehicle and agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plan. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs so it can plan the car journey with you.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building with the office, which will agree the scope and any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
