Chiltern lists step-free access to every railway platform and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell our office about your mobility needs so the car arrangements can be coordinated with any railway assistance.
Give us your train operator, service and the time you want to arrive at the station, rather than just the train departure time. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point; arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR KT22 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your home in Leatherhead or Oxshott avoids having to get to a local station before travelling to Marylebone. Give us the full address so the office can plan and quote for your actual journey.
If you prefer a station pickup, identify the right one: Leatherhead station is on Station Approach, KT22 7SQ; Oxshott station is on Warren Lane, KT22 0TA. Agree the collection point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a passenger seat. The office can help match the vehicle to the whole party and its combined load.
RETURN COLLECTION
For collection from London Marylebone to KT22, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and best contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off point is not automatically the return meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm acceptance of the revised arrangement and any change in charge. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

The quote reflects your actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can coordinate the car journey with your station plans.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
