Give the office your train operator and departure details, along with the time you want to arrive at Paddington. Allow time to reach your departure area and arrange any assistance; your station-arrival target is earlier than your train departure.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the station rank approach. Vehicles must not wait at drop-off, so discuss your arrival arrangements with the office.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs when discussing the car journey.
YOUR KT22 START
A pre-booked pickup from your address in Leatherhead or Oxshott means you do not first have to get yourself and your luggage to a local station. You will still need to make your way through Paddington to your onward departure area.
If comparing a rail start from Leatherhead, the station is on Station Approach, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7SQ. Allow for the journey from your address to the station as well as your onward connection.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing if you need extra luggage room. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the seat count. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven or more passengers.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. An accompanying carer needs a seat too.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return from London Paddington to KT22 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. The office will agree a meeting point with you; a separate return does not automatically reserve your outward driver or vehicle.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside Paddington is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs so it can plan the car journey with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance so it can arrange the help you need. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
