BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Plan for the coach station, not the nearby rail station, and allow for your onward departure.
Victoria Coach Station, 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Arrange your car around the station-arrival time requested by your coach operator, rather than the departure time alone. The station has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals; use the Departures monitors to find your gate. Ask your coach operator about its timetable.
The Mobility Lounge is by Gate 0 in Departures. Luggage porters are a station service, not included in your KB booking. Tell our office about your mobility and luggage needs when arranging the car; station assistance is separate.
YOUR KT22 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your agreed KT22 address, so you do not first need to reach a rail station with your bags. Leatherhead Rail Station is on Station Approach; whether you are in Leatherhead, Oxshott or elsewhere in KT22, you can arrange pickup from your own address.
Our office can discuss your pickup, vehicle, extra stops and return. You can enquire without installing an app. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry or quote alone is not confirmation.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, consider the bags as well as the seats.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags. Mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole load.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Arrivals and Departures are separate terminals, so agree your car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the outward drop-off point.
If your coach plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement. The office will confirm any accepted change and any revised charge. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the terms for your collection.
GOOD TO KNOW
The essentials for a suitable car and a smoother connection.
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle requirements. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage. Include your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop.
Arrange assistance inside the station separately with your coach operator; a KB car booking does not itself arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs when booking so we can plan the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. Advance notice helps the office arrange a suitable driver; it does not remove any required assistance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office. An optional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed cost.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
