Tell us your train operator and when you want to reach the station—not just when the train departs. Allow for the walk to your onward departure area. Public station guidance lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only.
YOUR KT22 STARTING POINT
From your address to Victoria
KT22 includes Leatherhead and Oxshott. A pre-booked car collects you from your specified address, so you do not first need to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through Victoria to your departure area.
If you are comparing a rail journey from Leatherhead, the local station is on Station Approach, Leatherhead, KT22 7SQ. Allow for getting there from your starting address as well as the onward journey.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to discuss for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger arrangements.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Passenger and luggage space need to be considered together; an accompanying carer also needs a seat.
RETURN JOURNEY
Returning from London Victoria
For a separate return from London Victoria to KT22, give the office your arriving operator and service, date, expected arrival time and contact number. Services may include Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern. The office will agree the car’s meeting point with you separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but is not an automatic KB meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888. Request any change through the office and make sure the revised collection is accepted.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and requested station-arrival time, train service, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop or return you need.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when planning the journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
