YOUR OUTWARD JOURNEY
Plan your station arrival, not just the train departure, so you have time to reach your departure area.
London Euston railway station is on Euston Road, London NW1 2RT; it is separate from Euston Square Underground. Give the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the railway station, allowing for your own onward walk and any assistance you need.
Contact your train operator for assistance at Euston. Operators include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper. Tell KB your operator and service when arranging the car.
YOUR STARTING POINT
A pre-booked pickup from your home or another address in KT7 takes you to London Euston without first travelling to a local station or changing trains. You will still need to make your way inside Euston to your departure area.
If you are considering the train instead, Thames Ditton station is on Station Road, Thames Ditton, KT7 0PA. Allow for the journey from your starting address to the station as well as the onward connection.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about larger vehicles.
Give us the number of passengers and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return separately with the office. Give your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a reachable mobile number. The office will agree a suitable station-side meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss and confirm the revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the pickup address, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, your train service and requested station-arrival time, and any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Contact your train operator to arrange assistance inside Euston; the car booking does not arrange railway assistance. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs so it can plan the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
