Choose a station arrival time that leaves room to reach your onward departure, rather than using the train’s departure time as your car arrival target.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; the station has a separate rank approach, and its drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted. Tell the office your train operator, service and requested station-arrival time so the outward journey can be planned around your departure.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance; booking the car does not arrange help inside the station.
Thames Ditton station is on Station Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0PA. If starting your journey by rail, allow for getting there from home and taking your luggage to the station.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT7 address and take you to Paddington. You will still need to make your way through Paddington to your onward departure area.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger arrangements.
Give the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
For a return from London Paddington to KT7, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs when arranging the car, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the help and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
