PLANNING YOUR DEPARTURE
Give us your intended station arrival time, not just the train departure time, so the car journey can be planned around it.
St Pancras International and King’s Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. At St Pancras, Eurostar uses the international departure area in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink is below ground.
Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London should follow the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not an arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for current advice; guidance varies by route and class.
YOUR KT7 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your specified KT7 address and takes you to St Pancras International, without the need to reach a local station or change services with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside St Pancras to the appropriate departure area.
Thames Ditton station is on Station Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0PA. It is a distinct starting point from Hampton Court; if you need a station pickup, give the office the exact location rather than relying on the postcode alone.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; for seven or more passengers, enquire with the office.
Give us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can agree a vehicle around the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return to KT7, tell us your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. The office will agree a collection meeting point with you; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree the revised arrangement. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside St Pancras separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. The station has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
