Victoria Coach Station is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations, and has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. For your outward journey, head to Departures at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, then follow the departure monitors to your coach gate.
Check your coach operator's UK or international check-in instructions and tell KB Cars the requested station-arrival time. The Mobility Lounge is by Gate 0 in Departures; station porter help is not included in your car booking.
YOUR KT7 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in Thames Ditton or elsewhere in KT7, avoiding the need to reach Thames Ditton rail station and make onward connections with your luggage. If you need help inside the coach station, discuss the arrangements with the office and your coach operator.
Tell the office your exact pickup address and any access or mobility needs so a practical collection can be arranged. Thames Ditton rail station is on Station Road if you are considering a public transport alternative.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Six-passenger vehicles are offered; for seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
A return collection is arranged separately from your outward transfer. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, destination and contact number; we will agree the car meeting point with you.
If your coach plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm the revised arrangement and any change to the cost if it accepts the request; waiting may also affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB Cars confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car arrangement.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
