Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth considering if you need extra luggage space. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; enquire about seven or eight-plus passengers. The office will help match the vehicle to the whole party and its luggage.
Mention suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
COMING HOME
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from London Victoria to KT7, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and mobile number. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road permits collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to agree any revised collection and applicable charge; a requested change is not accepted until confirmed.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car journey and a workable meeting point can be planned.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
