Give our office your train departure details and your requested station-arrival time, which should be earlier than departure. Follow station signs to your departure area.
Ask your train operator about arrival or departure assistance at Euston. Operators listed in the station’s assistance information include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper. Tell our office about your mobility needs for the car journey too.
YOUR KT8 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT8 address in East Molesey or Hampton Court and take you to London Euston, so you do not need to reach Hampton Court station first with your luggage.
Hampton Court station is on Hampton Court Way in East Molesey, KT8 9AE. If it is your pickup point rather than your home, give the office the exact address and agree a suitable meeting point. You will still need to make your way through Euston to your onward train.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, a six-passenger vehicle is an option, and you can enquire about seven or more seats.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its luggage together.
RETURN TO KT8
For London Euston to KT8, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with your destination and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree and confirm a revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Contact your train operator to arrange assistance inside Euston; booking the car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs for the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
