Give the office your train service and the time you want to reach the station, not just the train’s departure time. Allow time to get inside and find your onward service.
London Liverpool Street is on Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. The station lists a lift linking street level, the concourse and mezzanine. Tell the office about mobility needs when arranging your car and plan any station assistance separately.
The Underground serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. After the car arrives, allow for the walk inside the station to your train or Underground service.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT8 address and take you to London Liverpool Street, so you do not first have to reach a local station with your luggage.
Hampton Court station is on Hampton Court Way in East Molesey. If you are comparing public transport, remember to include the journey from your address to the station as well as your onward connection.

For a return from London Liverpool Street to KT8, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time, contact number and the street-level exit you plan to use. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office to agree the revised collection. An acknowledgement that your message was received is not acceptance of a change. Call 020 8870 8888 if a time-critical message has not been acknowledged.

Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle requested. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop so it can be included. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office what help you need for the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
