YOUR KT8 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT8 address, avoiding the need to get to a local station with your luggage before travelling to London Bridge.
If Hampton Court station is your starting point, its address is Hampton Court Way, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 9AE. Give the office your exact pickup address so the journey and quote reflect where you are starting.

Arrange the return separately with the office. Give your train operator, service origin, arrival date and scheduled time, plus a contact number. London Bridge’s published address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street, so agree the meeting point and exit with the office rather than assuming your outward drop-off point will be your collection point.

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility needs for the car journey too.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let the office know in advance so suitable help can be arranged. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding and whether a folding chair can travel as luggage. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
