If your pickup is at Hampton Court station, identify it clearly: the station is on Hampton Court Way, East Molesey, KT8 9AE. Agree a suitable pickup point with the office rather than assuming a station name identifies the meeting place.

An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
