The coach station has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. For an outward coach, use Departures and check the monitors for your gate. Give us the operator’s requested station-arrival time, not just the coach departure time, so the journey can be planned around it.

A pre-booked car collects you from your KT8 address, so you do not have to get yourself and your luggage to a station before starting your journey. You will still need to make your way to the right departure area at Victoria Coach Station.
Hampton Court station is on Hampton Court Way in East Molesey, KT8 9AE. If it helps identify your starting area, give the office your exact pickup address rather than just the station or postcode.

Choose for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, while seven or more passengers can be discussed with the office.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. The right choice depends on the combined party and load, not seats alone.
COMING BACK TO KT8
Arrange your return separately
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to KT8, give the office your arriving coach operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach plan changes, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangements. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts and confirms it; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your particular journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
You can request a quote online or call the office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance discussion helps us coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
