PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Tell us your train operator and departure details, and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo. Allow time to get inside the station and reach your onward platform; your requested station arrival time is not the train departure time.
Waterloo has step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are step-free. Exit 2 also has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Discuss your access needs with the office when arranging your drop-off.
Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange Passenger Assistance with your train operator separately; the KB Cars booking covers your road journey.
YOUR LOCAL STARTING POINT
Hampton Court station is on Hampton Court Way in East Molesey, KT8 9AE. If you start a rail journey there, you first need to get from home to the station with your luggage.
A pre-booked KB Cars pickup starts at your KT8 address instead. At Waterloo, you will still need to make your way inside the station to your onward platform or exit.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; choose the vehicle around the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
Tell us about your cases and cabin bags, pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can agree a suitable arrangement.
PLAN THE RETURN
For a return from Waterloo to KT8, give the office your arriving train service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office; it is not automatically the railway assistance meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888. The office can review the arrangements; confirm any accepted change and revised charge before relying on it.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan the road journey and your onward rail travel separately.
The quote reflects your exact journey, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested Waterloo arrival time. Include any extra stops.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway Passenger Assistance with your train operator separately; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the road journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
