A pre-booked car collects you from your chosen KT9 address, so you do not have to first make your way to a local station with your luggage. If your pickup is at Chessington North or Chessington South, specify which: North is on Bridge Street, KT9 2RT; South is on Garrison Lane, KT9 2JR.
Give the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at Liverpool Street. Allow for getting from the car to your departure area; the station-arrival target is earlier than the train departure, not the same time. The office can help plan the pickup around it.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may suit extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Give us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and its luggage together when agreeing a suitable vehicle.

Changing to the Underground
Liverpool Street Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Allow time to walk between areas if you are continuing by Underground.
RETURN JOURNEY
Return from Liverpool Street to KT9
Arrange the return separately with the office. Give your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point and exit with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangement; a request or acknowledgment alone does not mean a change has been accepted.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Tell us about any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car, including any accompanying carer.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss whether a folding chair and the rest of your luggage can be accommodated. An optional extra escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
