KT9 to London Bridge station transfers

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your London Bridge arrival

Agree an arrival target that leaves time for your onward train.

Allow time inside the station

London Bridge’s street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which sit above the entrance level. Tell us when you want to arrive at the station, not just when your train departs, so you can allow time to reach your departure area.

Choose the right street side

Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different sides of the station, not interchangeable meeting points. Discuss your preferred approach and any mobility or luggage needs with the office. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.

From your KT9 address to the station

A pre-booked home pickup takes you from your KT9 address to London Bridge without first travelling to a local station or carrying luggage through an interchange. Allow time to reach your onward departure area once you arrive.

If you are comparing rail options, Chessington North station is on Bridge Street, Chessington, KT9 2RT. It is a different starting point from your home address; consider how you will reach it with your luggage.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.

Give us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.

Arrange a separate London Bridge return

For a return to KT9, give the office your arriving train operator, service origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, together with a contact number. Agree the exit and car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, the booker or authorised contact should call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm any accepted revised arrangement; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The essentials for your car journey and onward train.

How is my KT9 to London Bridge transfer quoted?

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time; mention any extra stop.

Neither an enquiry, a quote nor payment alone confirms a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance inside London Bridge is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.

Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
