Railway assistance meeting point
Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator separately, and allow time to reach the meeting point when setting your station-arrival target.

From Chessington to your train
A pre-booked car collects you at your chosen KT9 address, avoiding the trip to a local station and changes with luggage. You will still need time to make your way through Marylebone to your departure.
If your pickup is near a station, specify the address: Chessington North is on Bridge Street, KT9 2RT, while Chessington South is on Garrison Lane, KT9 2JR. Give us your train departure and the earlier time you want to arrive at Marylebone, allowing for your own walking and assistance needs.

Tell us the size and number of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and load together when arranging a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return to KT9
For collection from London Marylebone to KT9, tell us your arriving train operator and service, where it is coming from, the date and scheduled arrival time, and a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; the railway assistance point is not automatically your car meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection arrangements.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus any extra stops.
Include your train service and the time you want to reach the station, which should be earlier than your train departure. Tell us about vehicle preferences or assistance needs too. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs so the car journey can be planned around you.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
