For a return from London Victoria to KT9, give the office your arriving train operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but the office will agree your actual meeting point with you.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the journey.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building with the office so the task and any cost can be agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
