If you have arranged Passenger Assistance with your train operator, its meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Tell our office the time you need to arrive at the station, not just your train departure time, and discuss any help you need getting inside.

RETURN COLLECTION
Returning from London Waterloo
A return from London Waterloo to your KT9 address can be arranged separately. Give the office your train service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number; agree the car meeting point and exit with the office rather than assuming it will be the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888. The office can review the arrangements; a requested change is not final until it has been accepted and confirmed.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an extra escort inside the station, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office; this is separate from railway assistance.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
