MAKE THE MEETING WORK
Access, luggage and vehicle choice
Raynes Park station is listed as having no lifts. Tell the office which side or exit you can use, how far you can walk and whether you need help reaching the car. If a proposed point is inaccessible, we can discuss a lawful alternative. A landmark can help identify a meeting point but does not give permission to stop there.
Tell us your passenger numbers and the number and sizes of bags, including any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A saloon suits ordinary journeys; ask about an estate for extra luggage or a six-passenger vehicle for a group. Seven- or eight-plus-passenger arrangements can be discussed with the office. Passengers and luggage must be considered together.
