BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your car’s arrival and your train departure for the walk to the departure area and any assistance you need.
London Euston is on Euston Road, NW1 2RT. Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Tell our office when you want to arrive at the station, rather than just your train’s departure time.
Ask your train operator about arrival or departure assistance inside Euston. Operators identified by the station include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper; your car booking does not arrange railway assistance.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. For groups, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- and eight-plus-passenger options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have and their sizes, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
YOUR SE11 PICKUP
Kennington and Oval are local SE11 areas. A pre-booked car collects you from your specified address, so you do not have to make a separate trip to an Underground station with your luggage.
Give the office any details that will help identify your pickup point. If the car cannot stop at your door safely and lawfully, we can discuss a practical alternative, including any access needs.
COMING HOME
Arrange your return separately: give us the arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and confirm any revised collection arrangements.

The car journey and your rail arrangements each need their own planning.
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle requested. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a quote online or call the office; there is no need to install an app. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms accepted bookings by SMS and/or email.
Contact your train operator to arrange assistance inside Euston; it is separate from the car booking. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs too, so we can discuss the car journey and meeting point.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
