Choose your station arrival target
Eurostar uses the international departure areas in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers leaving London should follow the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks—not use the ticket-check deadline as their arrival target. Download your ticket near travel for current advice, which varies by route and class.

A pickup planned around your departure
A pre-booked car collects you from your SE11 address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to an Underground station before travelling. You will still need to reach your departure area inside St Pancras.
Our office can discuss your requested station-arrival time, any extra stops and a suitable pickup time for your journey.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also offered. Seven- and eight-plus-passenger options can be discussed with the office.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can plan the vehicle around the whole party and its combined luggage.
COMING HOME
Arrange a separate return from St Pancras
For a return to SE11, tell the office your train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree your car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for the revised arrangements to be confirmed; a request or acknowledgement alone does not mean a change has been accepted.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge is agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
