BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Plan your car journey around the station-arrival or check-in time requested by your coach operator, not just the coach departure.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. It has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. Plan for Departures, then follow your operator’s information and the departure monitors to your gate.
Give KB Cars your coach operator and service, departure time and the operator’s requested station-arrival or check-in time. The office can plan the pickup around that target. Contact your coach operator for timetable enquiries.
YOUR SE11 PICKUP
Your pre-booked car collects from your SE11 address, so you do not need to take your luggage to an Underground station or make a Tube change before reaching Victoria. You will still need to make your way inside the coach station.
Kennington and Oval are both SE11 starting areas. Give the office your exact pickup address and any entrance or access details that will help the driver find you; if your proposed point cannot be used safely, the office can agree an alternative with you.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; choose the vehicle around the whole party and its bags, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have and their sizes, as well as any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. A carer travelling with you also needs a seat. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
FOR YOUR RETURN
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to SE11, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically reserve a return vehicle.
If your coach or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update. The office will confirm any accepted change and revised charge where applicable.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, plus your coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange mobility help or luggage porters with your coach operator. The station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell the office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
