Your pickup in Sutton
A pre-booked pickup from your SM1 address saves you the separate journey to a local station with your luggage. Give the office your full address and any practical access details so the pickup can be arranged for your starting point.
If your pickup is at a station rather than home, specify which one: Sutton (London), Sutton Common and West Sutton are different stations. Sutton (London) station is at Railway Bridge on High Street; agree the meeting point with the office.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with room for bags considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about larger groups.
Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can plan a suitable vehicle around the whole party and its load.
FOR YOUR RETURN
Returning from King's Cross to SM1
Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable meeting point and exit with you; a separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the collection. Agree any revised arrangements and charge with the office; a request alone does not confirm a change.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including your pickup address, destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us the number of passengers, luggage, train service and your requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or return you need.
Request a quote online or call the office. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Ask your train operator to arrange railway assistance; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, so we can discuss a suitable car and driver.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An extra escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
