YOUR STATION ARRIVAL
Choose a station-arrival time that leaves you time to reach your train.
London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Give the office your train operator and service and the time you want to arrive at the station—not just your train's departure time. Allow time to enter and reach your departure facilities.
A lift links street level, mezzanine and concourse. The Underground serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Allow for any walking within the station, and tell the office if luggage or mobility needs affect your car arrangements.
YOUR SM1 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup takes you from your SM1 address to Liverpool Street without first getting yourself and your luggage to a local railway station. You will still need time to move through Liverpool Street for your onward journey.
If comparing a rail journey, note that Sutton (London) station on High Street is distinct from Sutton Common and West Sutton stations. Give KB Cars your exact pickup address so the office can quote for your actual journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; for seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office.
Give the number of passengers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange Liverpool Street to SM1 separately with the office. Give your arriving train operator and service, travel date and scheduled arrival time, as well as a contact number, and agree a meeting point and your collection time.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangements; a change request is not itself acceptance.

The quote reflects your actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SM1 pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging your journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building with the office, which will agree the arrangements and any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
