Your pre-booked car collects you from your address in Sutton, so you do not first have to make your way to a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your onward departure.
If your pickup is at a station, specify which one: Sutton (London) station is on High Street, while Sutton Common and West Sutton are separate stations. Give the office your exact pickup point rather than relying on the station name alone.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
