SM1 to St Pancras International

Pre-book private hire from your Sutton or SM1 address to St Pancras for Eurostar or other rail services. Get a quote based on your journey and vehicle needs, with help from our 24-hour office.

PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL

Choose the right station arrival target

St Pancras International is on Euston Road and is a separate station from King's Cross. Allow time to reach the departure area for your train after the car drops you off.

Match your departure area

Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse; Thameslink platforms are below ground.

Plan around your arrival target

For Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers leaving London, use the arrival time on your ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not the arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for current advice; guidance varies by route and class.

YOUR SUTTON PICKUP

Start at your SM1 address

A pre-booked car collects you from your specified SM1 address, so you do not need to make a separate trip to a local station with your luggage. Allow time to reach your departure area after drop-off.

If your pickup is at a station, name it precisely: Sutton (London) station is on Railway Bridge, High Street, while Sutton Common and West Sutton are different stations. Agree the collection point with the office.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option. For seven or more passengers, enquire with the office.

Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.

COMING HOME

Arrange your return to SM1

Book a separate return from St Pancras International to SM1, even if you did not travel out with KB Cars. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a car meeting point with you.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangements and confirm any accepted change. Waiting or changes can affect the cost.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you book

Plan the car journey and your onward rail travel separately.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your actual journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance inside St Pancras is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. The station has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.

Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
