From your SM1 address to Waterloo
A pre-booked car collects you from your SM1 address in Sutton, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station or change trains on the way to Waterloo. You will still need time to reach your departure area inside Waterloo.
If your pickup is at a station, give its exact name and location: Sutton (London), Sutton Common and West Sutton are different stations. Sutton (London) station is at Railway Bridge, High Street, Sutton, SM1 1JA. The office can agree a suitable collection point with you.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Give the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Returning from London Waterloo
Arrange the return from London Waterloo to SM1 separately. Tell the office your train operator, service origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, as well as a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point and exit with you.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the change and agree any revised arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full SM1 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo. What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss a suitable car arrangement.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let us know in advance where possible so we can coordinate help. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
