BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time to get from the station entrance to your departure and any onward connection.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Give the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the walk to your departure area. Chiltern lists step-free access to every railway platform and a mobility set-down point at the entrance.
Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line. If you need railway assistance, arrange it separately with your train operator; Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
A pre-booked car collects you from your address rather than requiring a separate journey to a local station with your bags. You will still need to make your way from the Marylebone entrance to your departure area.
SM2 includes addresses in Belmont and Cheam; the exact pickup address matters for your quote and arrangements. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; enquire about seven or eight-plus passengers. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and mention any pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item. Include an accompanying carer in the passenger count so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return from London Marylebone to SM2 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service origin, scheduled arrival date and time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office; it is separate from the railway assistance meeting point.

Your quote reflects the actual journey and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car journey can be planned too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free of charge. Tell the office what help you need, preferably in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding and the space needed for a folding chair with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
