Know the station approach
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road, and station guidance says waiting is not permitted at the drop-off. A staffed assistance point is on the deck above platform 12; arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance.
YOUR SM2 PICKUP
Start from your address, not a local station
A pre-booked pickup from your SM2 address takes you directly to Paddington, without first travelling to a local station and changing trains with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your onward departure.
Cheam station is on Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, while Belmont station is on Railway Approach, Brighton Road. If either is your starting point, give the office the exact pickup address; the station names do not define every address in Cheam or Belmont.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the seats. Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, and about any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
Arrange a separate return to SM2
For a return from London Paddington to SM2, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off does not establish a return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection with the office. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Paddington has a staffed assistance point above platform 12, and advance arrangement with the operator is preferable.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
