Pre-book private hire from your SM2 address, including Belmont and Cheam, to your coach departure. Choose a vehicle for your party and luggage and request a quote based on your journey.
PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Tell us your coach operator and service, departure date and the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow for your operator’s boarding requirements when choosing that arrival target; it is not the coach departure time.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Name the coach station when booking so your outward journey is planned for the right destination.
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. Follow the departure monitors for your gate and contact your coach operator with timetable enquiries.
A pre-booked home pickup means you do not first have to get to a local station with your luggage. You will still need to reach the departure area inside Victoria Coach Station, so tell us about any mobility or assistance needs.
Cheam station is on Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, and Belmont station is on Railway Approach, Brighton Road. Your actual pickup address, rather than the station or postcode alone, determines your journey quote.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- and eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
A return can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The coach station has a separate Arrivals terminal, so agree your car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the outward drop-off point.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection. The office will confirm any accepted change; waiting or accepted changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be quoted.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
A car booking does not arrange station assistance; contact your coach operator separately about help inside. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters, whose help is separate from the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any cost with us.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
