Set-down and onward connections
Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Victoria Underground serves the Victoria, District and Circle lines. If you are continuing by Tube, allow time to reach it from the car.

From your door to the station
A pickup from your SM2 address around Belmont or Cheam takes you to Victoria railway station without first getting yourself and your luggage to a local station. Cheam station is on Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, if you are considering starting by rail instead.
Agree a station-arrival target that is earlier than your train departure, allowing time to enter Victoria and reach the departure area. Share both your departure details and the time you want to arrive with the office; the right margin depends on your own journey and assistance needs.

Choose space for people and luggage
Choose a saloon for an ordinary journey, discuss an estate for extra luggage, or ask about an MPV. Executive options offer premium travel; minivan and luxury options can also be discussed. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about seven- or eight-passenger arrangements.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases, cabin bags, pushchairs or folding wheelchairs. The office can help match the vehicle to the combined party and load.
RETURN TO SM2
Returning from London Victoria
Arrange your return collection separately: give the office your arriving operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but it is not an automatic KB meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for the revised arrangement to be accepted and confirmed; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SM2 pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service, departure and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops or vehicle preferences.
Request a quote online or call the office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed. A quote or enquiry is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so please discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
