BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Set a station arrival target that leaves time for the next part of your journey.
London Marylebone railway station is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Tell us your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station—not just its departure time. Allow for getting from the car to your platform before the train leaves.
Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can discuss the car journey. Chiltern lists step-free access to every railway platform and a mobility set-down point at the entrance. Arrange railway assistance separately with the operator; its meeting point is at the ticket barriers.
A pre-booked car can take you from your address in Morden or elsewhere in SM4 to London Marylebone, without first making your way to a local station with your luggage.
Morden South Rail Station on London Road and Morden Underground Station are different starting points. If either is your pickup address, specify which one when requesting your journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Give us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its load.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return from London Marylebone to SM4, provide the arriving Chiltern service and its origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Our office will agree the car meeting point with you; the railway assistance meeting point is not automatically the car collection point.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection. Ask the office to confirm any accepted change to your arrangement.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time; include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
A quote, enquiry or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs too, so we can discuss suitable help for the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
