Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP. It is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations, so make the coach station your destination when arranging the pickup.

Arrange your car to reach the departure area by the arrival time requested by your coach operator, not just by the coach departure time.
Find the departure gate
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. For your outward coach, allow time to reach the departure area and check the departure monitors for your gate. Contact your coach operator with timetable enquiries.
A pickup from your SM4 starting point
A pre-booked car can collect you from your home in Morden or another SM4 address, so you can travel to the coach station with your party and luggage together.
Morden South Rail Station and Morden Underground Station are different starting points. If comparing public transport, allow for getting from your address to the station as well as any onward walk to the coach departures area.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and size of your cases and cabin bags, and about any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the whole party and its luggage to a suitable vehicle.
COMING HOME
Arrange a separate return to SM4
For collection after your coach arrives at Victoria Coach Station's Arrivals area, give the office the operator and service, travel date, arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately.

How do I get a quote for my SM4 to Victoria Coach Station transfer?
Request a quote for your exact journey, including the full pickup address, destination, date and time, passengers and luggage. Include your coach service and the station-arrival time requested by the operator, plus any extra stop, so the office can quote for the journey you need.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
A car booking does not itself arrange assistance inside the station; arrange that separately with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell the office about your mobility and assistance needs. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
