Tell us your train departure and whether you are travelling with Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern. Agree the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the walk to your departure area rather than using the train departure time as your car arrival time. Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines; allow time for an onward walk there too.
Your pickup in Morden and SM4
A pre-booked pickup can start at your address, so you do not need to reach a local station with your luggage before travelling to Victoria. You will still need to allow for walking inside Victoria.
If a station helps identify your starting point, Morden South Rail Station is on London Road, SM4 4QL; Morden Underground Station is a different place on London Road, SM4 5AZ. Give the office your exact pickup address and any practical access details so the right collection can be arranged.

A separate return from Victoria to SM4
For a return collection, give the office your train operator and service, where it is arriving from, the date and expected arrival time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and ask the office to agree and confirm any revised collection and charge. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the specific journey: send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a quote online or call the office on 020 8870 8888. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms accepted bookings by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
